Injuries only happen on Tuesdays

Except for on one occasion when I didn't warm up and did an all out 1 km effort, I've never injured myself in a race or a hard training session.

Injuries always happen early in the week on easy runs, usually after a hard effort, a string of them or a race on the weekend.

Note to self: Go really easy after big workouts, even if you feel OK.
